The way we lead organizational change isn’t working. Brutally honest and refreshingly human, this is a manifesto for leading change differently.
Lost in Transformation is well-researched following interviews with executives (founders, CEOs, board members) and experts across leadership and organizational development, change management, philosophy and executive coaching. It provides an opportunity to reset relationships, respect, and trust in a rapidly changing world.
A must-read for leaders who want to transform with empathy and self-awareness, this book is written for organizational leaders, human resources, and change practitioners as well as those on the receiving end of too much change. It provides tools, reassurance and space for reflection.
With gritty stories from the paradoxical mess of organizational life, there’s no polished business school case study here or the proposal of a simplistic change model. Instead, you should expect fascinating tales from behind the scenes and candid insights into the minds of the characters lurking in the dark corridors of organizations. This book asks how we can cope in the face of uncertainty.
